Is Redbubble a US Company?

Where are Redbubble’s head offices?

Redbubble was founded in 2006, in Melbourne, Australia and they’re still headquartered there.

However, this company has grown so much that they now have head offices located in both Australia and in San Francisco, California (US).

Where Is Redbubble Shipped From?

Artists and customers love Redbubble for its worldwide marketplace.

This company has a global network of manufacturers and they ship from the United States, Australia, Canada, the UK, France, Italy, Germany, the Netherlands, and the Czech Republic.

One of the best things about Redbubble is the fact that if a customer gets extra delivery charges, like customs and similar taxes (which I’ve never needed to pay), they can ask for a customs refund(opens in new window).

Quick Tip!

If you’re shopping for a present, but you’re worried that you will not get your purchase delivered in time, be sure to take a look at Redbubble’s digital gift cards(opens in new window)!

How Long Does Redbubble Take to Ship?

Redbubble doesn’t have any premade items in their warehouses because they have a print-on-demand business model.

Here’s what that means…

An item bought through Redbubble.com is only printed with an artist’s design once someone has bought it online. The printing process happens at one of Redbubble’s third-party manufacturers located in 9 countries.

After an item has been printed, the item is shipped.

In the past, the printing process and delivery took around 24 to 48 hours. However, since new COVID-19 rules are impacting most carriers around the world, delivery might take longer now. For more info about how COVID-19 is affecting Redbubble, visit: FAQs: Redbubble and the novel coronavirus COVID-19

Sadly, since COVID-19 is now part of our lives, I’ve just learned to just give an additional 2 weeks to whatever estimated delivery times Redbubble tells me (even with Xpress delivery).

In fact, I don’t only have this rule with Redbubble’s deliveries. I now have this rule with ALL e-commerce websites I buy from since every business and post office/carrier has been influenced by COVID-19.

Also, the sort of product you order and your shipping address affect the place where the items are manufactured. For this reason, your order can occasionally come in different packages and arrive on different days.

Please visit Redbubble’s “Product Manufacturing Info” page(opens in new window) for up-to-date information on where each type of item is shipped from.

While you’re logged in as a member on Redbubble’s site, you can also find estimated delivery dates on each of the items’ description pages (right under the “Add to Cart” button). Just make sure your country and currency settings are correct.

Please Note: Redbubble only ships on business days, excluding National Holidays.
